One thing we’re asked so often is what sets us apart from other cabin management companies.
- Our hospitality is second to none.
- We ensure our guests get exactly what they pay for.
- We make sure your cabins are amazingly clean and inviting.
The last two being the top two complaints people have about cabin rentals. Our pictures are accurate (if something changes, we take a new one), we make sure furnishings stay up-to-date and current and clean so when guests arrive, they see what they saw online.
We make sure everything is in working order; nothing falls apart when you sit on it and comes on when you turn it on. Light bulbs, everyting is safe, good condition and everything is top top shape.
Many owners don’t realize that you have to maintain the home. The typical wear and tear happens, but eventually you’ve got to invest in replacing and upgrading things.
Otherwise, it just looks dingy; we can only clean so much. Owners are typically slow to realize this, which can very quickly begin to affect their rental income. This is especially true when your cabins are listed on sites such as Homeaway or VRBO, where guests can leave their comments.
Common maintenance items
Some of the most common items we see in need of maintenance or repair, include: TV’s, microwaves, hot tub covers, dining room tables and chairs, cabinet knobs, decking (normal wear).
